Increase your company's visibility - exhibit at the APSA 41stAnnual Meeting, the largest meeting of pediatric surgeons in the nation. Whether you're selling existing products or services, promoting your organization or introducing new products, exhibiting at the APSA Annual Meeting allows you to meet face-to-face with the experts in the field.


Exhibit Space Rental Fee

$1,500 USD per 6' table
Exhibitor benefits:

  • Three complimentary meeting badges, including tickets to the Sunday evening Welcome Reception
  • Description (up to 75 words) of your organization in the final program
  • Organization's name and logo on signs and in the preliminary and final programs
  • Acknowledgement on scrolling slides in the meeting room with other exhibitors
  • Organization's name in a thank you message on the APSA Web site following the annual meeting and via e-mail blast to all APSA members
  • President's acknowledgement from the podium, recognizing your organization as an exhibitor


Each tabletop rental includes:

  • One draped 6'X30" table with two chairs


Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the opportunity to rent a lead retrieval service, enabling you to scan attendees' badges and print out leads directly from your booth. Details will be provided in exhibitor service kits.

Exhibit Space Assignment Policy
Space will be assigned only with full payment. APSA reserves the right to determine final exhibit space assignments and to accept or reject any exhibits. Complete the APSA Support and Exhibit Contract   and note your booth location preference.

Exhibit Cancellation Policy
APSA must receive written notice of exhibit space cancellation or booth reduction. Exhibitors who notify APSA by Thursday, April 1, 2010, may be eligible to receive 75 percent refund of the payment received. APSA will not issue refunds after Thursday, April 1, 2010.

Sunday, May 16 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Exhibit Hours:
Monday, May 17 6:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Tuesday, May 18 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m..

Dismantle:
Tuesday, May 18 12:30 p.m.


Support and Exhibit Policies - What You Need to Know

  • Opportunities will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • APSA reserves the right to review and approve materials before providing mailing labels.
  • Complimentary meeting registration must be used by the supporting company's employees.
  • Support of events does not include the opportunity to address the audience or introduce the speaker from the podium.
  • Organizations are instructed to inform APSA of any meetings or events they are holding to which APSA attendees are invited. Affiliated functions may not occur during the official APSA educational sessions and activities. Any affiliated function that delegates are invited to attend must be scheduled before or after official meeting hours and must not conflict with any APSA social events.
  • All support agreements must be made on the APSA Support and Exhibit Contract and submitted with full payment to ISSCR Headquarters.
  • APSA reserves the right to develop and introduce new support opportunities at any time.
  • No exhibitor shall sublet, assign or share any part of the space allocated.
