APSA accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to the American Pediatric Surgical Association, in U.S. Dollars only.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. APSA cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before April 4, 2012 will be refunded less a $75 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations between April 5 and May 11, 2012 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.  No refunds will be issued within a week of the meeting. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same member status. No telephone registrations please. Payment in U.S. dollars only.
