- Admission to one day education session (Wednesday, May 28)

- Reception on Wednesday, May 28
Participation in the APSA 39th Annual Meeting is limited to registered delegates. Your full registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions (Thursday, May 29, through Saturday, May 31)
- Access to all exhibits
- Entry to poster sessions
- Welcome Reception on Thursday, May 29
- President’s Banquet on Saturday, May 31
- Daily continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks and lunches
- Final program
Onsite Registration
Pre-registration for the APSA 39th Annual Meeting closed on May 6, 2008, however, you may register onsite. To register, visit the APSA registration desk, located at the East Registration Desk of the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, during the following times:

There are no additional fees for onsite registration.

Confirmation of Registration
Each registrant will receive an email confirmation of registration from APSA headquarters. If you do not receive an email confirmation two weeks after registering, e-mail APSA headquarters at apsa@eapsa.org. For attendees who do not have an e-mail address, a written confirmation will be mailed. All registrants must pick up their badges at the APSA Registration Desk when they arrive at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by April 18 will be refunded, less a $75 U.S. fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 18. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same membership status.
Online Banquet Seating—President’s Banquet
Once a registration has been processed, meeting attendees will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to select a seat online for the President’s Banquet. Note that seating cannot be confirmed until the delegate’s registration is complete and payment has been processed. We encourage all registered attendees to take advantage of this opportunity and to select a seat early, as tables fill up quickly. The online banquet seating program will close on Tuesday, May 8. Ticketed attendees who have not secured a seat by May 8 will be allowed admittance to the banquet, but must sign up for a seat onsite.
