Not knowing about a health issue can be scary. Let’s face it, we all like to be in the know. When it comes to testosterone levels, you may want to have an actual number to go off, instead of just how you’re feeling.

Perhaps you’ve seen some of the signs of low T, or you know you’ve had some harmful foods in your diet. Or maybe you’d just like to be on top of all your health, and testosterone is still a mystery to you.

If any of that applies to you, there are several at-home testing kits that you can get online or at your local pharmacy to test your total T levels.

Keep in mind that these are simple blood testosterone tests, and will not provide the sort of information only available from clinical laboratory settings. For instance, there are biopsies of the testes that can measure other testosterone dynamics, but just as it sounds, those are pretty intensive.

If you’re worried about whether you have low T, take an at home test. If you are low, make sure to check our informative articles about what you can do about it.
